Refund policy

At Mikra, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your first order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee—no questions asked.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your first order, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is limited to first-time purchases only and applies to one unit per product type.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be excessive, abusive, or fraudulent.

To initiate your money-back request, email us at hello@wearemikra.com with your order number and feedback (optional but appreciated). No return of the product is required for this first-time refund.

Return Policy (Unopened Products)

For products not covered under the money-back guarantee (e.g., non-first-time purchases or unopened items outside the guarantee scope):

  • Products must be unopened, in original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Email us at hello@wearemikra.com to obtain return authorization.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products (unless part of the money-back guarantee)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Items with broken seals
  • Subscription orders beyond the first shipment

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wearemikra.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • We cannot issue refunds for prepaid subscriptions after the first shipment has been fulfilled.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience any adverse reaction to a Mikra product, discontinue use immediately and contact us at hello@wearemikra.com. We’ll address each case individually and may request further information.
