We have a very small window to make order edits before the order is processed. You can head to your account to edit your address. Please also send an email to our customer service team here to confirm your change.
We will make our best efforts to accommodate your request, though we ask that you double-check your address before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee a change in address once your order is processed.

Sometimes those emails like to hide in your spam/junk folder. First, search “Mikra” in your inbox to try to find it. If you are still unable to find the order confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wearemikra.com and we’ll happily resend your confirmation.
You can add hello@wearemikra.com to your contacts and follow your email provider's instructions to whitelist our email and never miss an email from us again

Once an order has been processed we are unable to edit the items or cancel it. Please reach out to us here to see what our team can do. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, but we will work to best help in accommodating your request!

To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be in their original, unopened packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@wearemikra.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Products sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We ship to recipients throughout the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. We also now ship to Canada.

All US orders over $100 USD will ship free. Orders under the order minimum of $100 USD will incur a $10 USD standard shipping fee.

All orders to Canada will be charged a $35 CAD flat shipping rate that is inclusive of all fees. Because our products are made in the USA, they are completely duty free.

Because our products are made in the USA, they are completely duty free. For our US customers, there is a $10 USD flat shipping rate for orders under $100 USD with no additional fees. For our Canadian customers, there are no duties charged, and all additional customs fees are wrapped into our $35 CAD flat shipping rate.

All Mikra products can be purchased as a one-time order or an ongoing subscription.
To initiate a subscription, select your preferred subscription on the product page. We offer a discount on every subscription purchase and every customer can fully customize their subscription settings to meet their needs. You can choose from our 30 day, 45 day or 60 day subscription plans.
Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at any time through your customer account.
Once you login, you can skip your next shipment, choose a new date for your upcoming order, change your renewal date, or cancel your subscription.
Please ensure to use the same email to set up your account as the one you used to purchase your product to ensure they are linked.

You can delay, skip, change frequency or even cancel your subscription by logging into your account at https://wearemikra.com/account. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking on the Sign up here link on the page and follow the below steps.
To manage your subscription:
- Login to your account
- Click "Manage Subscriptions on the left-hand menu
- Click on “Manage subscription” for the item that you want to edit
- On the next screen, you can change your charge date, and delivery schedule, skip a shipment or add a new product. The option to cancel your subscription is at the bottom of the left-side menu.
Please note that once an order is placed, you won’t be able to cancel so please contact us for further assistance.

- Click "Subscriptions"
- Click "Cancel" next to each product you'd like to cancel.
