What are CELLF's ingredients?
CELLF by Mikra contains the following ingredients:

What does CELLF taste like?
With our new and improved CELLF, we’re happy to say that we were able to vastly improve our taste and palatability from our initial product! In truth, we did not initially set out to make a delicious tasting supplement; we set out to make the most potent and bioavailable supplement to support your fundamental cellular health. Our first version met that standard, but the taste was an acquired one due to the glutathione content. The new version was created in partnership with a master flavorist and closely resembles that of a pleasant, creamy almond butter with a hint of vanilla.

Treat your cells: We use meticulously sourced, 100% natural ingredients with no added sugar or excess fillers. CELLF may be nourishment for your cells, but it isn’t food.

The potency and volume of the star ingredients would normally impact flavor, however as we have evolved, we have surpassed this challenge while preserving the same level of efficacy and bioavailability.

Why isn't CELLF a capsule?
The combination of a liposomal barrier and lecithin provides impenetrable protection to get CELLF through the digestion process intact; then delivers it directly to your jejunum (mid-small intestine) to be distributed to your blood plasma and lastly, your cells. Currently, the chosen liquid gel form factoris ideal for this technology and provides the most bioavailability.
Why is there a number next to CELLF on the packaging?
You may notice brackets and a number on your package of CELLF. This represents the current iteration of our groundbreaking formula. We create CELLF in small batches to ensure the most potent, bioavailable and effective product we can possibly produce. This means that as we stay on top of advancements in technology and science, we may decide to improve and make changes to CELLF.
In early 2023, we released CELLF version 1.2, which removed lactoferrin to make it accessible for those with dairy intolerances or allergies. See our FAQ on the removal of lactoferrin for more information on this change.
Why did you remove lactoferrin from the formula? Will this affect its efficacy?
In order to allow those that are sensitive to dairy to use CELLF, we were able to replace lactoferrin with a non-dairy derived alternative! Through months of research and development, we were able to update the formula without impacting the efficacy of CELLF.
Why does my package and sachet look different from this box and sachet/packet?
Put simply, we are constantly iterating CELLF to make impactful improvements as innovations in technology, science and product development arise. This includes moves to make our packaging more sustainable as well as easy to use. In 2023 we made improvements to both our exterior packaging and our individual sachets.
The new sachet packaging improved from a tear-open sachet to an innovative, one-hand opening and dispensing portion pack sachet. This was in an effort to make CELLF more accessible and easier to consume on the go. With this change, we were able to reduce product waste and increase protection from leakage and compression damage.
Our exterior packaging also changed in a move toward sustainability – we replaced the external plastic zipper pouch with a 100% recyclable box.
How do I dispense and consume CELLF from the new packet?
When you receive CELLF, both the sachet itself and the packaging will include easy instructions for use. However, the premise is simple. You can open and dispense with one hand. It’s as simple as positioning the back (white side) of the sachet to face your mouth, and bending the top and bottom of the sachet in a 90-degree angle – product will dispense from the center of the sachet.
Is the new packaging recyclable or more sustainable than the previous version?
Yes! Our 2023 change to our external packaging is much more sustainable. We reduced use of plastics and swapped to a 100% recyclable box.

Hi, 35 year old male here. Rather than tell a story about how CELLF changed my life for the better and can probably do the same for you I'm just going to list out everything I was dealing with before taking CELLF and how I'm feeling now after 4 months of consistent use. If you're deciding whether or not this product is worth the investment, it might be worth your time to read my take on it.
Before CELLF: Brain fog, general fatigue/low energy throughout day, difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, lack of motivation, depressed, unconfident, difficulty getting good sleep, feeling old, generally just feeling unwell.
After CELLF: Sharper mind (processing information and thoughts faster), renewed sense of energy, I'm working out harder and longer and still have energy afterwards, feel motivated to go after what I want in life, my confidence is back, my sleep is great (I spring out of bed in the morning now), overall feeling healthy and strong, no longer depressed, and I'm playing finally feeling good enough to play hockey again for the first time in 12 years! Not only that but I stay out on the rink and play just as long as the kids in their late teens and early 20s.

Three weeks in and I feel great. So much energy, less brain fog, and my chronic inflammation has disappeared. Writing this review just as I return from 2 hours at the gym. Today I had the pleasure of trying the new CELLF. I have tried the first version of CELLF and my two gripes were the bad taste and the packaging that could cut the corner of your mouth. They have resolved both issues. Right off the bat you can tell there has been major changes made to the packaging. The new packaging is much more sleek and can be consumed with 1 hand. It came with instructions on the back. Literally just bend and the packet you can now consume the substance from the slit in the back. The taste for this new version is phenomenal. It actually tastes good. Very well done Mikra.
